First of all, I love teaching (most days). My experience in the classroom includes middle school and high school science and mathematics, in public and private schools. I also love learning! In 2016, I received my Ph.D. in Science Education. I continue to teach middle and high school science courses, and want to begin branching out to educators. Hence, this website! I hope you will engage with me on this journey.
In my personal life, I am a mother of three. I have twin tweens and an elementary-aged singleton. We all play soccer and my husband and I coach. We are an active family living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I love to take pictures of our adventures and will likely post a few now and then.
My goal for this website is to create dialog about the science classroom, as well as share lessons and ideas with you. I hope you will engage with me in those discussions and may even feel inclined to share your ideas, too.
What a fantastic idea!!! Having observed you in an actual classroom as one of your previous “adminstrators,” I know what a creative and resourceful teacher you are. What a great way to share!!!
